We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information.

Returns are accepted on all new, uninstalled and unused products for a period of 30 days from the time of original shipment.

We try to make returns as easy as possible. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase upon receipt, return it within 30 days and we'll get a refund, exchange, or in-store credit processed. Please include a copy of your invoice or a note with your name and any relevant information we may need to process your return. We do our best to have returns processed within 2 business days of receipt of the returned item(s).

Bob's will refund actual shipping costs on all mis-shipped or damaged/defective merchandise. At times, we offer Free Shipping with your order. Free Shipping is our gift to you so long as you keep the item. In the case of returns when Free Shipping was offered, we will refund the purchase price less the cost of shipping the order to you.

For instance, your order totals $100 w/ Free Shipping, and our cost to ship the order to you is $10. When you return the item(s), we will refund you $90.

At our sole discretion, a 15% restocking fee may be charged on returned items to any cover costs or fees we have incurred.

All sales are final on special order and non-stocked items.

All items are sold in U.S. dollars. United States and Canada orders may use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, or Amazon Payments. All other international orders will be restricted to PayPal payment.

Orders will not be shipped until payment has cleared. Sales Tax will be included on all orders placed within the state of Idaho.


All orders shipped via UPS and USPS have tracking information automatically provided to the email address provided with your order. Your order should ship within 1-2 business days.


United States

For UPS Ground shipments use the following guidelines:

Pacific Northwest: 1-2 business days
Southwest: 2-3 business days
Central US: 3 to 5 business days
Eastern US: 5 to 6 business days

UPS delivers Monday - Friday until 8:00pm local time, except on major holidays.

USPS Priority mail and First Class mail packages are typically delivered within 2-3 business days (Mon.-Sat.) after shipment. USPS shipments are delivered with your daily maildrop.


International delivery times can vary significantly based on the shipping method selected at checkout and any delays while processing through your local customs. We have no control over delivery times once we have handed the package off to the shipping company. Any and all duties and taxes will be your responsibility upon delivery of your order.


To protect your purchase we will automatically insure all packages. This protects the customer in the event a shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment. Bob's Bicycles will be responsible for handling all insurance claims, but keep in mind the shipping company pays all claims and may take up to 120 days to process refunds.


Should a package arrive damaged please contact Bob's immediately to start a claim with the shipping company. Remember to keep all original shipping containers and packing material for inspection. Please note that all damage claims are paid by the shipping company and not by Bob's Bicycles. Therefore, refunds may take up to 180 days to process.


Orders requesting in-store pickup will be ready after 2:00 pm the following business day. We are happy to accommodate quicker pickup times if you would kindly call us by phone to confirm the order prior to picking it up. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 10 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.


Due to limited availability on some of the products we sell, a certain item may be out of stock temporarily. If this causes your order to be sent in more than one shipment, Bob's will pay postage on all additional packages after the initial shipment.


All products are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Warranty generally covers defects only and not damage from abuse. All warranty claims will be assessed based on the manufacturer's guidelines. Warranty does not include shipping costs or labor incurred. Customers are strongly encouraged to observe all safety measures when using products and equipment purchased. We are in no way responsible for the improper use of any merchandise purchased. It is recommended a qualified technician assemble all products purchased through our store.
